Reservation Policies

To confirm your reservation for a room or dormitory, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required. Once paid, your reservation is secure.

Payment Methods

Cash (USD, CLP, ARS, EUR, BRL). Bank Transfer, Debit, Credit, Online Payments. Add the QR code.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel your reservation, you can change the date free of charge or receive a refund of 80% of the deposit.

Hours

Day Pass: 9:00–19:00. Check-in: from 14:00 – Check-out: until 11:00.
Reception: 24 hours during high season; low season: 9:00–20:00.
