Reservation Policies

To confirm your reservation for a room or dormitory, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required. Once paid, your reservation is secure.

Payment Methods

Cash (USD, CL, ARS, EUR, REAIs). Bank Transfer, Debit, Credit, Online Payments.

Cancellation Policies

If you cancel your reservation, you have two options: you can change the date without any additional charge or, if you prefer, receive a refund of 80% of the total deposit.

Hours

Day Pass: From 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Check-in: From 2:00 PM – Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
Reception Hours: High season 24 hours a day – Low season: From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
